તાંદલજા માં ઈદ એ મિલાદ ની ઉજવણી વર્ષોથી ધામધૂમ થી થાય છે. આખા વડોદરા જીલ્લા માં સૌથી મોટો જુલુસ તાંદલજા માં નીકળે છે.
ઇસ્લામિક માસ રબીઉલ અવવ્લ ની 12 મી તારીખ એટલે હુજુર (સ. અ. વ ) ના જન્મદિવસ અને વફાત ના દિવસે આખી દુનિયામાં એમની યાદમાં કુરાન શરીફ ની તિલાવત, મોલુદ, નિયાઝ અને જુલુસ કાઢી ધૂમધામ થી ઉજવણી કરવામાં આવે છે.
દર વર્ષે ઈદ એ મિલાદ ના દિવસે વડોદરા શહેર અને જીલ્લામાં ઘણા બધા વિસ્તાર માં હુજુર (સ. અ. વ ) ની યાદમાં જુલુસ નીકળે છે. તાંદલજા માં રબીઉલ અવવ્લ નું મહિનો બેસતાંજ માહોલ ઇસ્લામિક રંગે રંગાઈ જાય છે અને તહેવાર ની શરૂઆત થઈ જાય છે.
વિવિધ ગ્રૂપ્સ માં નવયુવાનો દિવસ રાત મહેનત કરી અને જુલુસ ની તૈયારી માં લાગી જાય છે.
તાંદલજા ના જુલુસ માં જોડાવા અને નિહાળવા વડોદરા શહેર, વડોદરા જીલ્લા અને આસપાસ ના શહેરો અને તાલુકાઓ માંથી લોકો આવે છે. દર વર્ષે જુલુસ માં જોડાવતાં લોકોની સંખ્યા માં વધારો થાય છે.
આ વર્ષથી જુલુસ માં DJ બંધ કરાતા સૌ કોઈ માં ખુશી ની લહેર ફેલાઈ ગયી હતી. વધુ પડતા ઘોઘાટવાળા માહોલથી છૂટકારો થતા નાના બાળકો થી લઈ અને વૃદ્ધઓ સૌ કોઈ જુલુસ માં સિરકત કરી હતી.
શાંતિપૂર્ણ વાતાવરણ માં નાત પઢતા પઢતા ઇલસમીક લિબાસમાં જુલુસ તાંદલજા ગામ થી મનીષા ચોકડી સુધી પ્રસ્થાન કરે છે.
અંદાજ કરતા વધુ પડતા લોકો જોડાતા તાંદલજા અને આસપાસ ના વિસ્તારો – ઓપી રોડ, અકોટા, વાસના રોડ, સન ફાર્મા સુધી ટ્રાફિક જામ ના દ્રશ્ય સર્જાયા.

The 12th day of the Islamic month of Rabiul Awwal is the Birth and Vafat day of Hujur (S.A.W) which is celebrated in his memory all over the world with recitation of Quran Sharif, Molud, Niaz and processions.

The youth in various groups work hard day and night and start preparing for the procession.
People come from Vadodara city, Vadodara district and surrounding towns and talukas to join and watch the Tandalja procession. Every year the number of people joining the procession increases.
From this year, when the DJ was stopped in the procession, a wave of happiness spread to everyone. Everyone from small children to old people participated in the procession to get rid of the noisy environment.
In a peaceful atmosphere, the procession leaves from Tandalja village to Manisha Chowk in elaborate costumes.
A traffic jam scene was created in Tandalja and surrounding areas – OP Road, Akota, Vasna Road, Sun Pharma as more people than expected joined.
