તાંદલજા (Tandalja) એ વડોદરાના પશ્ચિમ ભાગમાં એક લાખથી વધુ વસ્તી ધરાવતો સૌથી મોટો વિસ્તાર છે.
તાંદલજા (Tandalja) ના વિવિધ વિસ્તારોમાં તાજેતરમાં દૂષિત પાણી પુરવઠાનો પ્રશ્ન ઉભો થયો છે.
યોગી કુટીર, તબસ્સુમ પાર્ક અને અન્ય વિવિધ ભાગોમાં છેલ્લા 20 દિવસથી દૂષિત પાણી આવી રહ્યું છે.
સ્થાનિક વોર્ડ ઓફિસ નિયત સમયમાં જવાબ આપતી નથી અને સમસ્યાઓનું નિરાકરણ લાવવામાં અસમર્થ છે. મ્યુનિસિપલ કોર્પોરેશન (VMSS) અધિકારી મૂળ કારણ સુધી પહોંચવા માટે સંઘર્ષ કરી રહ્યા છે. તેઓ અસામાન્ય રીતે વિવિધ રહેવાસીઓને કોઈપણ પુરાવા વિના તેમના ઘરના ડ્રેનેજ કનેક્શન બદલવા માટે કહી રહ્યા છે.

મુખ્યમંત્રી ભૂપેન્દ્રભાઈ પટેલ સરકાર સિસ્ટમને સ્ટ્રીમ લાઇન કરવા માટે દિવસ-રાત કામ કરી રહી છે અને ગુજરાતના તમામ રહેવાસીઓએ સરકારી સત્તા દ્વારા સ્થાપિત સિસ્ટમ વિશે જાગૃત રહેવું જોઈએ.
જેમ કે અમે તાંદલજામાં વિવિધ સોસાયટીના રહેવાસીઓ સાથે વાત કરી હતી. તેમના અભિપ્રાયમાંથી થોડા મુદ્દા :-
(1) વિવિધ સ્થળે અધિકારી દ્વારા ખોદકામ કરવામાં આવ્યું છે. છેલ્લા 6-8 મહિનાથી તેઓ કાર્ય પૂર્ણ કરી રહ્યા નથી. ખોદકામ માર્ગને અવરોધે છે તેથી ટ્રાફિકની ભીડ અને ધૂળનું પ્રદૂષણ સર્જાય છે.
(2) રાજવી ટાવરથી તાંદલજા (Tandalja) ગામ અને કિસ્મત ચોકડી સુધીના તાંદલજા (Tandalja) રોડની ઈરાદાપૂર્વક ઉપેક્ષા કરવામાં આવી છે. બીજી તરફ વાસણા રોડ અને સન ફાર્મા રોડ પર ધ્યાન આપવામાં આવે છે. વાસણા રોડ અને સન ફાર્મા રોડ પર પેવર બ્લોક અને ડિવાઈડર નાખવામાં આવ્યા છે પરંતુ તાંદલાજામાં નથી.
(3) બમ્પર: – VMSS ના ભ્રષ્ટ અધિકારીઓ / નીચા સ્તરના કર્મચારીઓ નિયમો વિના બમ્પર મૂકે છે
મરિયમ કોમ્પ્લેક્સથી યોગી કુટીર સુધી 70 મીટરની લંબાઈમાં 5 બમ્પર છે.
તેવી જ રીતે, સ્પ્રિંગ વૂડ એપાર્ટમેન્ટ/શાંતિવન સોસાયટીથી મુક્તિનગર સુધી પણ 50 મીટરની અંદર 5 બમ્પર છે.
કારણ વગર બમ્પર નીચે મૂકી શકાય નહીં. તેની સીધી અસર 2 વ્હીલર અને 4 વ્હીલરના માલિકોના સ્વાસ્થ્ય પર પડે છે. કોર્ટમાં અરજી દાખલ કરવા માટે કેટલાક વકીલો પરિસ્થિતિનું મૂલ્યાંકન કરી રહ્યા છે.
(4) ગાર્બેજ કલેક્શન વાન નિયમિત રીતે આવતી નથી અને તે દયનીય સ્થિતિમાં છે.

Tandalja is the biggest area in the Western part of the vadodara with more than one lakh of population.
Recently, contaminated water supply issue has raised in various parts of the Tandalja.
Yogi kutir, Tabassum park and other various parts are receiving contaminated water since last 20 days.
Local ward office is not responding in the stipulated time and unable to resolve the issues. Municipal Corporation (VMSS) Officer are struggling to identify the reason. They are unusually asking the various residents to change their home drainage connection without any proof.

Chief Minister Bhupendra bhai Patel Government is working day and night to stream line the system and all the resident of Gujarat should be aware about the system established by the Government authority.

There are other serious issues.
Digging
Digging has happened by official at various point. Since last 6-8 months but they are not completing the task. Digging is blocking the road therefore creating traffice congesation and dust pollution.
Negligence
Tandalja Road from Rajvi Tower to the Tandalja Gam and Kismat Chokdi is neglected intentionally. On the other hand, Vasna Road and Sun pharma road are given due attention. Pevar blocks and dividers are laid down on Vasna Road and Sun Pharma Road but not in Tandlaja.
Bumpers: –
Corrupted officers / Down level employees of VMSS are laying down the bumpers without any rules and regulations.
Mariam Complex to Yogi Kutir is having 5 bumpers within the 70 meter length.
Same way, Spring wood apartment / Shantivan society to the Mukti nagar is also having 5 bumpers within 50 meter.
Without a reason bumper cannot be laid down. It has a direct impact on the health of 2 wheeler and 4 wheeler owners. Few lawyers are evaluating the situation to file the petition in the Court.
Garbage collection vans
Vehicles are not coming on regular basis and it is in pathetic conditions.
